| OPPORTUNITY: |
To play soccer and have fun. Encourage all players of any eligible age to register and play soccer. Enthusiasm is the only pre-requisite. |
| DEVELOPMENT: |
Promote and provide quality programs that develop important soccer skills and social skills in players of all levels. |
| SPORTSMANSHIP: |
Encouraging good sportsmanship at all levels, including respect for officials, opponents, and the rules and spirit of the game. |
